去年10月我先生用绿卡的身份给我（在美 F1）递交130，我先生在上个月以拿到公民并入籍。问题是我的学生身份在今年2月家到期了。请问像我这种情况现在应该怎样处理？

是要升级为公民申请配偶 和 485 一起递交吗？

-Yes. Your spouse just needs to write a letter USCIS to upgrade your I-130 from F2A to the Immediate Relatives of US Citizen and then, you file your I-485 together with this letter at the same time. Enclose the copies of I-130 approval notice (or receipt if I-130 is still pending) and your spouse's US citizenship certificate with this letter.
