我的先生EB1， 去年I-485 已经批准， 我以配偶身份在美国境内递交I-485,但在移名局 Pending到目前。现在 终于收到面视通知，但要求 提交 I-864。我的问题是：
1. 我的律师说那些要求都是预先打好的，我不用交I-864。这样可以吗？
-I don't think you need to provide I-864 because your I-485 is EB category as your spouse derivative status. But it does not hurt you to prepare one (it is very easy, anyway) and just bring a copy of your tax return with you for the support of I-864.
2.因为我先生的I-485已经批准了， 我可以不交他的雇主证明吗？
-Not need.
3.我可不可以用我自己的雇用信件，银行账户等来证明我不会成为政府的负担？
-Not need this kind of documents.
4. 我可不可以请其他美国公民（非亲属）来作经济担保？
-Not need.
5.有没有其他方法来过次关？
-You will be fine. Take it easy.
