I have the same question with yours. My case: two I-140s, EB-1 OR and NIW. I-485 filed with the first one; the second NIW got approved but the first is still pending. My lawyer suggested me to file another I-485, but others advised withdraw the first and let the I-485 connected to the NIW automatically. I really got confused. Please provide us your kind help!
