485,765,131 filing address for LD couple

夫妻分居两地（NY，CA），如果一起交４８５，能不能各写各的地址？７６５　and１３１，能不能各写各的地址？(if we use same address, we must get same location for FP, do not want fly to just get FP)

 

如果分开交，主申请人在NY，寄到dallas　lockbox，副申请人在CA，应该寄到哪里？（phoenix还是dallas）
