我和老公绿卡4个月后老公海归。之后返美的情况是：
2011年1月回美三周，5月回美两周。
这次隔了4个多月，又回美国。在海关碰到了一个严厉的officer, 问为什么在国外呆4个月,很不高兴。我们解释了一下，那个officer没再说什么。我很担心下一次会被warning. 大侠觉得我们有必要申请AP吗？
-It is RP (reentry permit), not AP.You had better apply for the RP if you will stay in China for a longer time.
被warning的意思是指护照上加注吗？
-Yes.
有了warning还能申请AP吗？
-Yes.
AP申请表上有问拿到绿卡后travel的情况，我们这样绿卡后4个月就去国外工作，很频繁的走动，会导致AP被拒吗？
-After you do the fingerprinting, you can go back to China.
如果申请AP, 可以就说去年回中国是在中国工作的原因吗？
-The reason for the RP is for your future stay outside US, not for last year. So, don't say anything about your previous travel.
