准备diy 485， 从HR那里拿到了EVL，结果是这样：

现在仔细看485的instruction，感觉这个EVL没有confirm "that the job on which the visa
petition is based is still available to you."
-Your job responsibilities/duties have indicated this issue (must be in the same/simlar area as the old job). But the EVL needs to address that "the position is permanent though it is at will" or say "the position has no definite term and XXX (your name) has the expectation be continually employed".
请教皮匠老师,8老师这样的EVL 有问题吗？要不要从新准备一下？多谢多谢！！
