问坛中高人，我现在是H1B，已转到新公司，原来的公司也想让我继续为他们工作，但可以我自己定工作时间。支付的工资符合FULL-TIME H1B 的要求。请问，我能不能同时为两个公司工作，而不需要重新办手续？

或是一定要把原来公司的H1B 转成PART-TIME H1B 才行？

-You can not work for the two employers at full-time level at the same time (40 hrs + 40 hrs/week), can you? So, your old employer needs to file an H1 amendment to change the full-time H1 to part-time H1. You can continue to work for the old employer during the H1 amendment pending. It actually does not matter even if you work for the old employer before the g1 amendment filing. But your old employer has to file the H1 amendment in case USCIS inspects your old H1.
