本人EB2 PERM and 140 都已经批准. Priority date 08/08. 现在在等 priority date
current to file 485. Job title 为 senior financial analyst. 现在本公司cost
accounting (另一个部门) 有一个manager 的职位. 要管两个人. 我可以得到提升的
机会.
问了律师, 说要重新file PERM and 140 但可以保留priority date.
想请问一下:
1. 还有没有别的办法? 实在不想再经历那个痛苦的过程.
-If your job responsibilities are not changed substantially, you may not need to file a new PERM/I-140. Normally USCIS may not pay attention to your title change unless they inspect your case specifically (normally this happens very little).
2. 新的PERM 和 140 如果不approve, 能否还能用以前的.
-If you will work at the original position after you get the GC, the old approved I-140 is still valid.
