1. 我现在需要做些什么，怎样才能保住我的I-485不被拒？还是只能等到I-485的拒绝信来后才能作出回应？

2. 我在另一家公司兼职总经理职位，但不是自己的公司，有没有可能延续我的i-485？
-No.
与之前的L1身份是否矛盾？
-If your current status is L1, you are safe to stay and work for your current employer. Otherwise, you need to ask your current employer to file L1 or H1 petition for you immedaitely and then, you may need to go outsider US to get the L1 or H1 visa to come back.
是否属于similar position?
3. 在I-140 Revocation notice收到之前，我已在原公司申请了回美证AP和工卡, 移民局是否会拒签？
-The AP and EAD applicains are useless no matter whether they will be dinied or approved (normally they will be denied).
是否需要用新公司重新申请？
-You need to ask your current employer to file a new I-140 and I-485 for you.
