我星期二去面试，律师之前一直告诉我准备的材料没有问题，我也没有仔细的看移民局的面试通知。
今天忽然看到其中有一项关于I-864表格，说如果没有提交过则需要提交税表，工资单和资助人的身份证明。
我在申请的时候已经提交了I-864表格，当时持H1-b签证，用的是我自己过去三年的工作时的税表，但我的配偶和我自己现在都没有在工作。
请问移民局会不会追问我们现在的工作情况啊？
-Hard to say. Just bring what you have and explain if asked and tell the officer you are looking for job and the officer may understand you due to the bad economy. Also you may also bring your bank statement, stocks, and other property proof such as cars, house, etc. just in case. If the officer does not ask this kind of question, don't say anything about your current job.
