07年大潮递的485，这次排期到了，一直没消息，打电话去问，给了referral #.今天电子邮件收到被拒通知，说理由会在信里，过两天寄到。我现在还是用H1B上班。收到理由后会马上和律师联系，我的申请没有任何硬伤。我想问几个问题
1：如果最坏打算，彻底被拒，我现在的公司愿意重新给我办绿卡，我还能用现在的priority date吗？

2： 我太太现在是用ead上班，没有h4签证，请问她现在是不是已经out of status?
