还有点小小的疑问,假如说是当住院医同时作研究的话,也可以属于这个Biological Scientists的范畴吗?


-I think so. If you get RFE for your employment status, your employment verfication letter had better emphasize that your major duties are in research similar to your I-140 description. If you do not do research, you may have trouble because whether the job is in the same/similar area is decided by the IO and thus, it is very subjective.


 我知道Physician的code是不一样的。也就是说“作研究的住院医”同时适用于两个code? 再次感谢！
