不小心爱人和孩子H4有gap，大概一年半（他们刚来半年我就换工作，新学校给我办 H1B 时忘记带他们，而我们自己也不懂。后来学校帮助办了新的H4，但是那个gap还在）

。现在我的 NIW 排期应该也快到了，担心H4 gap影响爱人、孩子的485。

我的问题是：1， 爱人和孩子回国一趟再回来，是不是那个旧gap就不会影响 file 485了？ 

            2， 但是这样做，回美国时那个gap会不会影响签证？
