It must be shown how the beneficiary will continue working in the United
States in the claimed area of expertise.
Evidence that may be submitted to satisfy this requirement includes but is
not limited to:

1.Letters from current or prospective employers;
2.Employment contracts or;
3.A statement from beneficiary detailing plans on how they intend to
continue work in the United States.
