Urgent help:在大学申请post-docH1. 今

年六月份答辩, 九月份thesis release，　完成了Ph.D. 所有的要求．但是正式diploma 要明年一月才能拿到．　学校给开了一个statement of completement的证明，　说是等同diploma. 十月份通过Premium Processing 申请post-doc Ｈ１．结果移民局要求补材料．　说须证明＂Holds a United States baccalaureate or higher degree required by the specialty occupation from an accredited college or university." and "statement alone will not suffice", 并要求12月份之前寄给他们．不知咋办．　学校说它们能做的就是开这个statement了．　另外，　我一个朋友和我一样的情况，　她就办下来了．我该怎么回复移民局．　有知情者望告知，　多谢．
