我以EB3 申请的485 有过两次RFE, 一次是体检， 一次是 EMPLOYMENT LETTER, 因为我从A 公司换到B 公司， （A 和 B 是SISTER COMPANIES),职位是一样的。 后来C 公司帮我申请EB2, (C 也是A 和 B 的SISTER COMPANY), I-140 获批后， 我 要求 RELINK 485 到EB2 的I-140. 两周前接到USCIS 的E-MAIL, 说已经RELINK, 要把我的案子交给VO 处理， 结果今天收到RFE E-MAIL. 我现在还在B 公司， 如果RFE 要的是C公司EMPLOYMENT 证明，我没有C 公司的PAY CHECK, 怎么办？
-Not need paycheck stubs, just ask Company C to issue a job offer letter indicating that when you will start to work for them (e.g.immediately work after getting GC, etc.), salary, job title, whether the job is permanent (or has no definite term and you have the expectation to work continually) and job responsibilities (show you will work in the same/simialr area).
