I140 decision will not affect your H1 status.
If your H1 is still valid (unexpired and employed with the same company and not using I-485 EAD), then you are in H1 after 140 denial.
If you lost H1 already (and now in I-485 pending before I-140 approval), you lose I-485 pending status when I140 denial.
