if my perm is denied, will it be possible my transfering to B2 being approved?

-Yes. But B2 can not solve your problem.

if my I-140 is denied, will it be possible my transfering to B2 denied since My I-140 application shows my intent to immigrant.

-It is hard as you say-immigration intent.

Does perm application or I-140 application show immigration intent?

-PERM filing is not immigration intent, but I-140 filing is.
