TR to B2 while in the US, thanks 8 teacher

Thanks very much 8 teacher for my previous questions!

if my perm is denied, will it be possible my transfering to B2 being approved?

if my I-140 is denied, will it be possible my transfering to B2 denied since My I-140 application shows my intent to immigrant.

Does perm application or I-140 application show immigration intent?

Pls advise, thanks very much for your help!
