我的PD是2008年的，刚换公司。正在考虑是否要接受回中国的机会。可是鉴于我们还没绿卡，法律上怎么操作好呢？

-It seems you have not filed your I-485 yet. If your current (new) employer will file PERM/I-140 for you, you will be fine to work in China for this company and nothing affects your future I-485 filing when your PD is current as long as you return to US at that time. You also can choose to apply for the immigration visa in China if you do not return to US to file I-485 in the future.
