请问pjiang 和8老师：local office supervisory review 是什么意思？

EB2 8月current, 我为主申请8月中绿了，老婆的8月1号就file service request, 无进展，8月底联系议员，说是正在local office supervisory review? 想问问各位老师什么是supervisory review? 什么情况下会trigger supervisory review? 我们在所有敏感问题全部选No, local interview是officer又过了一遍，当时对我们的回答也很满意。她学的是商科，无党派。。。

联系Ombudsman有用吗？有无email和联系方法？谢啦！
