我的priority date已经离新的排期很近了，但爱人还在国内。律师让她马上签H4过来。

现在就担心她约不到很近的日期，来的时候估计都下月底了。如果下月10号左右我的排期到了，但爱人要20几号才能到美国，她还能和我同时交I－485的申请么？

-Yes. She also can file her I-485 any time after you get your I-485 receipt if she can not file it with you together.
