Green Card Interview

I married my hu*****and(US citizen) last year. For some reason, he did not file tax return last year. I filed mine seperately. On the interview notice, it says he needs to bring his 3 years tax form. Am I going to have problem with the interview? Anybody has the similar situation? Thanks.
