我现在正在TRANSFER 我的H1B 到新公司，但现工作的公司希望我能PART TIME 为他们工作。请问

1. 我需要请现在的公司为我申请一个PART TIME H1B VISA 吗？

2. 还是原公司直接把我的FULL TIME 转成 PART TIME H1B？

-Yes, your current employer just need to file an H1 amendment to change the full-time H1 to part-time H1.

3. 我到新公司工作后，是不是一定要等到PART TIME H1B 批准后，才能继续为原公司工作？

-No. After your new employer files the H1 transfer (USCIS receive the petition), you can work for the new employer. Also, you can continue to work for the old employer at part-time level after your old emplopyer file the H1 amendment (it actually does not matter you can work for the old employer even if before your old emplolyer file the H1 amendment).
