I'm setting up a company for supporting my H-1B!

In order to be qualified and sponsor my H-1B by myself successfully:

1. Is there any requirement on the type of my startup company, i.e., LLC, Corporation, etc.?

2. Can my relatives (such as brothers, sisters, wives, etc.) be my partners?

3. Must one partner be US citizen?

4. Do I need to setup a business account and deposit my cash into it?
