回复：诚心请教8皮大师：给父母办绿卡材料问题

PJiang 大师的博客提到 I-130表的材料时说：“ 父母的结婚证不是一定需要的，除非他们没列在你的出生证上（非亲生父或母）。” 可是I-130 的说明说“A Father:..Also give a copy of your parents' marrigage certificate estalishing that your father was married to your mother before you were born."

父母的结婚证到底是不是必须的材料？

-You had better have it. Some IO may ask you to provide it, and some may not.

还有， 我的出生公证是99年办的，是不是还可以用？

-Yes.
