-Yes. This will solve her problem. Another choice is that she may just go outside US to get the H4 visa to come back and thus, her illegal work record will be removed automatically (not affect her anything in the future).

Thank you 8 teacher, above sounds hopeful for her but I don't quite understand. My question is if she goes back and reapply H4 to come in again, in the future, wouldn't USCIS do all her background check and check her IRS record which shows her unauthorized work? and she has to be honest to put this work in the I-485 application, right?

Please advise, thanks very much for your help!
