老公公司这个月可能要裁员，但是他的新单位的律师说现在说要到十月分才能开始REVIEW PREVAILING WAGES，

 估计要到１１月份才能给他申请H１B TRANSFER。请各位大师指点，如果现在的公司在新的H１B批下来之前裁员，劳工应该怎样MAINTAIN STATUS？

-If the old employer does not cancel the H1, your spouse may just wait for the H1 transfer, not need to change to H4.

我现在是H１B STATUS，所以老公可以转为H４。但是看到有的贴子说到H４APPROVE 和H１TRANSFER TIMING 的问题，会有H４OVERRIDE H１B的情况。所以请各位指点，怎么做最好？谢谢各位的指点。
