first question

they can file EB1 for u now, but what visa are u going to hold in their comapny? iehter H1B1 or O-1? u have to pick one!
Filing EB-1 means file I140/I485, this does not allow u to work for them now. u need a visa...

u can ask them to do both at the same time....
