我的h1b transfer一月前approved，但是没有i94 （是uscis的错，把日子算错了）。公司律师file了motion to reopen。现在mtr还在pending，今天收到老婆的h4 transfer deny notice，uscis说我的h1b aproved了，但是change status denied所以老婆的h4 denied。。。
公司上周给我递交了h1b 6年到期的extension（140上个月approve了），办的加急，估计很快就有结果。律师没一起给lp办h4的extension，说想等等mtr和h1b extension的结果。。。。。。
