再请教八大侠、皮匠大侠等高手，关于昨天的N-400表格：

根据警察给的notice:

On xxx（时间），you were arrested by the xxx(警察局）。Deputy District Attorney XXX（名字）has declined to prosecute on the above charges and no Complaint will be filed with the court at this time.

15-21的问题，八大侠建议16和21填yes，然后下面有个表格，在最后一栏填写no charges filed呢还是charges dismissed？

如果选no charges filed，就提供这张notice就可以了吗?

如果要选charges dismissed，有什么材料要提供？

还有，随信寄是否要把有关这个case的所有材料都寄去呢？还是只要一张文件？要不要自己再写一份explaination?
