I can do either way as long as there is higher chance to get the Visa for both of thme. Your reply email sounds like the better way is to apply them in seperate application. Is it correct?
-I am not sure whether one DS-160 can be used for two people. So, for safe reason, had better one person one DS-160. Of course, you can make their appointment for the visa interview at the same time.
