我在美国工作(H1B)，LG所属的国家EB2不需要排期，不过现在工作不在美国。

我们准备申请NIW，我作为主申请人。请问这种情况下，我们可以同时递交485吗并使用他的排期吗？他的身份以及工作地点对于我们办理绿卡会有什么影响？

-Your spouse needs to be in US to file I-485 together with you or both you go to his country to apply for the immigration vis atogether and thus, you can use his country visa number in your case.
