回复：请教皮老师和8老师：PERM能否自己办？

H1明年3月到期，140在07年的时候批了，批了后换过一次工作，被雷，然后现在刚找到新工作，要办H1，小公司，律师要自己找，费用都要自己出。找的律师也不太给力，什么材料都要发给我来改，心里也挺郁闷的。想到办PERM又要一大笔钱，更加头疼。

想请教一下两位老师：PERM能否自己办？因为从以前办的经验来说，感觉办PERM律师发挥的作用似乎不大。如果要自己办，流程和要注意的问题主要有哪些？

-Do you mean PERM for I-140 or H1? The PERM or H1 must be filed by the employer. Of course you can do the paperwork if the employer agrees. PERM is somewhat complicate, especially the advertisement design, so you had better find a lawyer to help you for PERM/I-140. H1 petition is simple and you may do it yourself.

1. Get the prevail wage determination online in one minute at http://www.flcdatacenter.com/

2. File LCA online at

http://icert.doleta.gov/

3. After you receive the LCA approval, file I-129 to USCIS for the H1 petition.
