和美国公民结婚，已持有绿卡。现在可以申请美国公民。我有一个16岁的女儿。

我的问题是：1， 我是否要同时和我女儿一起申请公民？

-Not need. After you become a US citizen, your child will automatically be a US citizen. Thus, after you get your US citizenship, your child has two choices to get her US citizenship proof:

1. File N-600 to get her US citizenship certificate;

or 2. directly apply for her US passport.

            2， N-400, 只能填写我自己，那么如何同时办理我的女儿呢？

            3， 我的公民丈夫（不是我女儿的亲生父亲，她的父亲已经去世了）可以为我女儿申请公民吗？

-Whether your child will be a US citizen before she turns 18 depends on you, not your spouse.

            4， 如果问题3 答案是可以，N-600 是否要同时和我的申请材料一起寄出？
