我的 EB3优先日期是2006年10月， 我EB2的I-140这个月刚批准， 我正准备写信RELINK以前递交的I485到新的I-140时, 刚发现EB2 I-140 批准件上优先日期已经变成2006年10月， 而不是通知信上的2011年2月。 我的律师说我可以写信通知 USCIS 我的排期到了， 也可以写信RELINK. 到底写哪一个？
