几天前USCIS online case status显示I-485被拒。由于还没收到USCIS的拒绝信，不知道确切原因。估计是因为漏掉了一次打指纹。如果真的是这个问题，还有救吗？做Motion to reopen, reconsider, or appeal? 这种情况最终I-485批准的可能性多大？
