I just received REF for EVL. My I-485 probably will be denied since I could not provide EVL due to being laid off. How long can I stay in US after denied?

-Normanlly within one month if you do not have a valid status.

If I leave US within 30 days after deny, can I come back to US within 3 monthes using differnt visa?

-Yes, but it may be somewhat difficult to get the B1/B2, F1/F2, etc. Of course, you should be easy to get the H1/H4 or L1/L2 visa.
