五天前被公司雷了，想回国看看情况再过来，请问在这种情况下回国签证有无问题，谢谢！
1. 现在持有h1b工作签证，还有两年的有效期，公司对注销h1b等等一概不了解，当然也不会去做
2. 手上有两天前刚发的工资单
3. 本来最近就想回国签证，所以在这之前HR就给我开了在职证明
请问大使馆在面试签证时候会不会和公司联系以核实是否在职，谢谢
-You should have no problem to get the H1 visa and enter US as you describe here, but technically you can not do that because your status actually is invalid even if you enter US with the valid H1 visa. So, you might have a extremely serious problem in the future because your employment as the H1 employee has been terminated before you leave US and thus, you might be treated as fraud in the visa application.
