确切说是我们公司占多数股份，公司名称还是我们原来的，我们部门没有任何变化。Employer还是原来的名称，这种情况还要做Amendment吗

-Then I-140 amendment is not needed.

公司律师只是简单说“as long as  you are still doing the same work, it should be fine.

-Then, just follow the lawyer suggestion and I also agree with him/her.
