是同一个Employer，还要File I140 Amendment吗？谢谢！

确切说是我们公司占多数股份，公司名称还是我们原来的，我们部门没有任何变化。Employer还是原来的名称，这种情况还要做Amendment吗？谢谢。

公司律师只是简单说“as long as  you are still doing the same work, it should be fine.”
