I-864表的21项和24项有两个问题想请教
1. 在填21项的时候， 因为我现在的状况是married, 所以填了spouse作为一个household size
-Not need to count your spouse in your household size if you will divorce soon.
2. 我自己的收入足以担保， 因为正在离婚， 所以不想把spouse牵涉进来， 那这样的话，在24项b中我要不要填spouse 以及他的收入呢。 如果填写的话， 那24项中的d. e项我怎么填呢。
-Just provide your personla income in the I-864 based on your last W2 though you need to provide the copy of the family income joint-tax return.
3. 我看到你以前的文章说“当你作为申请人提交的I-130只有一个受益人，而且你一个人的收入就满足担保条件的时， 可以填写简化的表格I-864EZ" 我只是给我妈妈申请， 那我是不是应该填I-864EZ.
或者我还是填I-864, 只是不填spouse和他的收入呢
