找Texas律师办140批了。自己交485 （不办AP和EAD），我住在michigan,照移民局的说明应该寄phenix, AZ. 可是周围很多人都寄的Texas。有人告诉我140从哪里批就寄哪里。Confusing!!!

-Send it to the USCIS Phoenix Lockbox based on the I-485 Instructions. The Lockbox is only responsible for collecting/receiving the mailed documents and then, will forward the documents to the proper service center for processing (TSC or NSC based on the I-140 location).
