再请教8老师一个关于employment verfication letter 问题

非常感谢8老师解答了关于I－485在换工作后被要求补件的问题。在要求补件的信上，最后一句话是：

The letter should also indicate whether the terms and conditions of your employment-based visa petitioin (or labor certification) continue to exist.

这句话是什么意思？要求Employment verfication letter 提供什么信息？是指需要说明现在用EAD工作还是H1B工作吗？
