Master P & Master 8: I485 pending, change job 2nd time, is AC21

Hello Master P, and Master 8:

EB2 I485 is current now, but changed job this month. we did AC21 when change job at the 1st time 2 years ago. do we need submit the AC21 this time? or should we wait to see if there is REF? Thanks a lot.
