485批准和其他申请（EAD)批准的先后关系－－请教Pjiang,8老师

老师好，

我的朋友和我说，如果我要是有pending EAD 申请，通常是　pending EAD　got approved, then 485才会被批准。有这个说法吗？说是所有pending case closed, then 485才会被批准。
