8 老师： EB3（I-140 Approved）转 EB2, 可用I-140 premium process吗？

I can do 3-year H1b renewal based on my EB3 I-140. Now I am doing the second I-140 (EB2), can I use the premium process? My EB3 PD is current. Thanks.
