was it a difficult RFE? I would worry about a difficult RFE.

If not, it is no big deal.  You can still work (if H1 transfer/extension or OPT cap-gap) or legally stay (if H1 was duly filed) when pending.  If you need the result soon to work, there is premium processing service available)
