我必须得出境才能拿到新TN。如何在美国境内换TN?再次感谢您！

-Ask your employer to file I-129 for TN for you within US, then you can get the TN status (I-94) based on the new employer sponsor after the I-129 is approved.

 

我的新公司很急，估计他们会让我出境拿新公司的TN,也就是说不会走I-129这条路。

Otherwise, you have to go outside US to get the TN I-94 (not need to file I-129 in this case).

那就是说我只能试运气，为旧公司工作完后再出境换TN?
