新公司的位置description是EB2，


但是美国同事（peers)没有学位，attorneys 说只能办EB3.


-Ask more lawyers for whether you can be qualified for EB2 because I doubt what this lawyer said (I have never seen the immigration rule about EB2 position has to be related to the American peers' degree).


老公司有approved EB2.
